He's born and raised in Circus. He's murdered his mother roughly when he's 18, which led to his arrest and incarceration at Arkham Asylum. He became the leader of The Maniax and wreaked chaos upon the city. He was murdered by Galavan but now he was resurrected from the dead. He woke up from the dead and didn't remember much, his face was cut off and he covered it with a bandage and he had to get his face back. His twin brother is Jeremiah whom he hate.
