She is 16 feet tall, and she is now able to move, by being rolled, or pushed around. Since she can't walk, or run anymore, due to the loss of mobility. She still talks, while her cheeks are puffed up with blueberry juice inside her mouth. She could just talk in her muffle voice, while she is a huge, massive giant spherical round blueberry.

Princess Peach: In her muffle voice. "Oh my... I feel so bloated and full. I wish I was back to normal. I don't want to be a fat giant blueberry forever."

Princess Peach looks around outside, as she hears the gurgling and sloshing sounds inside her huge round body, because of the blueberry juice that was filled into her huge round body. As she feels so bloated, and so full after the blueberry juice made her into a huge, massive giant spherical round blueberry.
