“Come on, it’s gonna be fun I swear!” He grinned, almost mischievously over to you before suddenly grabbing your hands and pulling you away from the car you both arrived in, far too eager to show you the beach he had been begging and begging you to go with him to. To you, it looked as though, almost just as easily as he forgot his own powers, he also forgot the towels. Xiaotian was so forgetful.

He was already dressed in his rash guard and swim trunks for the water they were both soon to be swimming in, and you in a newly picked out swimsuit (which MK told you to buy for the date), you just didn’t have any and he found that completely unacceptable. Honestly he found your wear quite nice looking, plus it seemed to have made you happy when you picked it out it so he was glad for that.

He continued to pull you until your feet were both submerged in the frigid feeling water, it was as though a chill ran up your spine from the temperature alone. “See? It’s not so bad.” He was unable to help the smile on his face, seemingly unaware of your current dislike with the drop in temperature. Though, MK didn’t seem to move any further in, perhaps he did notice? Or maybe he was just trying to get you used to the water, either way it didn’t seem like he wanted to let your hands go anytime soon, he seemed happy just like this.

“Water’s not so bad when you get used to it.” The brunet explained, looking down for a bit at the water that kept splashing up against their ankles, before returning his gaze back up to you. There was such a specific smile he held only whenever he and you were sharing a glance, a sweet smile that only he could come up with. “We uh.. can go further in if you want— or— or maybe just stay like this.. you know whatever’s fine!” Man MK wished he was better at knowing what to say on dates.

He still really should have remembered those towels.
