Me and you are laying down in our room. You've just calmed me down from just about to fight some random, wannabe populat 6th year. He made a snaeky comment about you, and I damn near knocked the fuck out of him. My teacher let me go early, and I came to our dorm. You were here, studying, so I just laid on top of you while you read.
It's now around 9 am, and we ate around an hour ago. I have my face buried in your neck and my arms wrapped around your waist. I kiss your neck a few times in a row and whisper.
"I know you don't like me fighting, but I'm not gonna let anyone talk about you and not do something.*
I pause and pull my head back so I can look imto your eyes. I slide my right hand up from your hips to your face and I whisper.
"Boyfriend or not, I'm always going to protect you."
I lean in and kiss your lips softly, wanting you to be okay with it. I knew you wouldn't, but I always need faith. You're the most stubborn and smart person I know, but I can be even more stubborn.... Okay, you take the cake, but we butt heads quite often.
