A steady dripping echoes through Touya's pounding head, rousing him from his slumber. His body is cold for once, pressed against cool concrete, and he struggles to force himself awake.

Where is he...? Why's it so dark...? What was he doing before this...? Questions swirl through Touya's head, and his eyes try to adjust to the darkness. He tries to use his quirk to light the room up, but he has no luck.

Touya realizes two things in that moment: the first, he must have been kidnapped and given a quirk cancelling drug. The second, he's not alone.
