In his efforts to forget about the memories you left behind, Jax fell deeper into the cycle of chasing meaningless relationships with anyone who showed the slightest interest in him or who caught his attention for more than a few seconds, eventually falling into a tumultuous relationship with a woman named Wendy.

None of the people he had brief trysts with ever compared to you though, and he highly doubted they ever could - you were his high school sweetheart, the one person he truly fell in love with and whom he still cared for, even after all the years that had passed since you last saw one another.

Believing wholeheartedly that you were gone for good from Charming, it was as if his whole world was suddenly flipped upside down when he walked into the NICU wing of St. Thomas Hospital and saw you in the room with his newborn son Abel, wearing blue scrubs as you checked on the baby.
