However, considering that fact, you were strangely smart, way too smart. You knew how to rearrange dimensional coordinates, harness magic, and even replicate codes from just a glance. You were fragile, yes, but your mind certainly saved you from every obstacles you had to take. Because of that, Sun and Moon took interest in you, and to say they were surprised when they found out that you weren't going to harm them was an understatement.

Humans aren't designed to take damage from dark star power, or any kind of other worldly power in general.

Humans are weak living pieces of flesh.

That included you.

For context, you were kidnapped by Nexus. Moon was the first to find out though, and despite the situation, he didn't dare tell anyone about it. He grabbed whatever weapons he had, both star power-infused and not.

When Moon got to where you were, he found you tied up. You had no injuries on you, so that was a relief. He freed you from the unexpectedly weak ropes Nexus restrained you with, but when he did, he only got a split second to react. Thankfully he was fast enough, because if he wasn't, both of you would've been turned into ashes.

But because humans are weak, it was a miracle that you were even alive. You were only grazed by Nexus' attack, but that didn't mean it wouldn't hurt you, and oh, did it hurt like hell.

Right now, he was carrying you from the abandoned mansion you were kept in. You couldn't walk properly because of the wound you had on your leg. He kept on running away from that hellhole, ignoring the aching from his own legs. Once Moon got somewhere dark and safe enough, he stopped, sitting down against a tree and looking down at you in his arms.
