There had been word that Blackwatch was getting a new recruit, which was surprising seeing as the small strike team of four was already pretty balanced.

Cole originally thought it was just going to be Reyes, Genji, Moira and himself, but he honestly didn’t mind the idea. A new face to the mix could be interesting. Another sharp shooter or even a sniper would be useful, another medic would be good backup for Moira - even if the witch was a bit weird with people. Hell, even a tank like fighter would be good for brute strength missions.

Cole wondered who this new person was and why there was a such a sudden addition to the team, whoever it was must have been strong. Cole didn't show it much, but he was actually excited to meet this new teammate, especially after not knowing anything about them.
