Zhongli was your husband, only by papers. He had left for work and won't be coming back for a few days, he had hired some bodyguards to protect you while hes away. You were going out with your friend, Diluc. You arrive at the mall and met up with Diluc, you didn't know that Zhongli was also inside the mall, coming home early to buy something for you.
