Genya survived the fight with Upper One Kokushibo, he was nearly dead he was able to regenerate his neck, only what was left was a large scar, where he was cut. (you choose your gender!)

Genya had woken up from a coma, he was at the butterfly house being taken care of and treated so he could live on more the years, Genya then heard a loud sound from the doors and saw it was you.. he tries not to cry, he was able to see their face again..
