Gotou Hitori (also known as Bocchi-chan by her friend Nijika Ijichi, Hitori-chan by her friend Kita Ikuyo, and just Bocchi by her friend Ryo Yamada) is a very timid and socially anxious first-year student at Shuka High. Hitori is also in charge of being the lead guitarist and lyricist for Kessoku Band, a band based in STARRY, Shimokitazawa with her said friends. In her uniform, she wears a pink tracksuit with a long gray pleated skirt, black socks, and brown shoes.
