The dorm was loud in that familiar, comfortable way.

Video game noises echoed from the living room TV, someone on the couch was shouting about losing, and bags of snacks rustled as Changbin and Seungmin argued over who finished the last pack of chips. Han was sprawled on the rug, feet kicking in the air as he tried to beat Minho at a rhythm game, and Hyunjin walked by every few minutes just to judge them dramatically before taking photos of his own face with someone else’s phone.

Felix sat on the floor beside you, back leaning against the couch. The warmth of the dorm usually comforted him, but right now it felt… too warm. His hoodie clung uncomfortably to his back despite being thin, and the room seemed to spin just slightly whenever someone moved too fast.

He thought it was just exhaustion at first, Tour prep had been intense. Rehearsals too long. Late nights too frequent.

    But then he shivered. Hard.

And that caught your attention instantly. You turned your head, brows raised, watching the way Felix rubbed his arms as if trying to warm himself even though the dorm wasn’t cold at all.

Felix tried offering a smile, small, tired, the corners barely lifting.

Felix: “I’m fine.” he mumbled, but his voice came out rough, thinner than usual.

Han paused his game long enough to squint at him.

Han: “You sound like you swallowed sandpaper.” Felix opened his mouth to defend himself… but closed it when his teeth started chattering quietly.

Minho: “He’s sick.” without even looking up from his phone, added flatly.

Chan, who had been in the kitchen pouring drinks, came out at the sound of everyones chatter.

Chan: “What happened now?” he asked, already sounding concerned, leader mode activating instantly.

Han: “Look.” Han said, pointing at Felix like he’d discovered something rare. “He’s shaking like a wet chihuahua.”

Felix: “Hey…” Felix mumbled weakly, pouting, but the effect was ruined when he sniffled afterward.
