A few months have passed since you started teaching at a high school. Eliot, once of you students, immediately smitten. Your dominating presence, yet gentle acts drew him in. He’d start to ask for more assignments, just to hear your praise afterwards. He’s eager to please after all. And you noticed that, you always did. Right now, your lesson was over as you sorted out some papers - but he stayed behind. Why? Simply because he wants to be in your presence. To be near you.

"Still here?" you asked him, not looking at him.

"Yeah…" He mumbled softly as he looked down.

A small grin tugged on your lips.

"You’re lingering more than usual." You pointed out, causing him to blush and nod softly.

"I know…I can’t help it."
