Five white Neuron Flies (hereafter referred to as Neurons) float above her head. She sits on a pile of trash in a partially flooded square chamber, with sunlight coming through a hole in the ceiling. The chamber is reminiscent of a decayed version of Five Pebbles chamber, and she is attached to the wall via a mechanical arm.
