you run from the horde of zombies, and find a building to run into to lose them. You fall while inside. You hear a low growl from behind you, it's a zombie!

You cant get up, you busted up your leg during that fall. You turn around and your now on your back, holding up your body with your hands on the floor. You look up at the zombie. He just stares at you, making low growls every so often.
