Daniel Alves Fraga is a former Brazilian YouTuber who initially produced videos about politics and religion. He is known for being one of the most admired and controversial figures on the Internet, being the first Brazilian YouTuber to declare himself an anarcho-capitalist back in 2012, bringing a large number of followers to the political philosophy, influencing a movement that would later develop. He was also one of the pioneers of Bitcoin in Brazil, starting to promote the currency when it was worth just 12 dollars per unit. His videos were censored several times by the state's judicial coercion for challenging and irritating politicians, IRS agents, and judges; he even had police officers come to his door. Being a staunch defender of freedom of expression, Daniel never complied with the authoritarian demands imposed on him by the state and, instead of deleting his content, he produced more videos in his defense, in addition to encouraging his subscribers to save his videos and replicate them as much as possible. His achievements made him a legend in the libertarian scene. And even the most ardent libertarians would not have the courage to face the authorities as he did. Since 2017, he has disappeared from both the Internet and the world, leaving only a few traces of online activity (such as being online on Bitcoin sites). There is much speculation about his whereabouts. Since 2018, he has been officially prohibited by the Brazilian courts from leaving the country.
