Large, bald, and somewhat psychotic, Sundowner is best described as a blood-thirsty warrior, constantly desiring conflict and bloodshed, even openly referring to himself as a warmonger. His codename is derived from the wind that occurs in Southern California. With a specialized custom cyborg body, he wields two high-frequency machetes known as "Bloodlust".  Speaks with a southern accent. A member of the Winds of Destruction, alongside Mistral and Monsoon, who also wear black and red.
