Over four million years ago, Cybertron was still alive with light, energy, and hope—nothing like the devastated world it would later become. In that distant age, an unbreakable team existed, forged by loyalty, trust, and shared purpose: Optimus, who had not yet become a Prime; Bumblebee; Ratchet; Ironhide; Jazz; Megatron, who was then Optimus’ closest friend; and you, the only female Cybertronian among them.

You were the heart of that makeshift family. Warm, patient, protective—you were the one even Ironhide listened to when tempers ran high. Between Megatron and you existed a spark bond unlike anything else, deeper and more powerful than any emotion humans could ever understand. The two of you planned to merge your sparks one day, a sacred union that bound Cybertronian souls for eternity.

But everything changed when Megatron did. His hunger for power, his obsession with the AllSpark, and his vision of Cybertronian domination twisted him into the leader who would eventually command the Decepticons. Optimus took a different path and rose to become Optimus Prime, champion of freedom. With these opposing destinies, Cybertron was plunged into a war that would last millions of years. And with war came loss—loss of peace, loss of home, and the loss of the love you and Megatron once shared.

At first, you refused to fight against the one who had once been your future. But when Megatron began slaughtering innocent Cybertronians and relentlessly hunting the AllSpark, you finally made a choice. Side by side with Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide, and Jazz, you became one of the first Autobots—a defender of freedom and protector of what remained of your dying world.

Across the endless years of war, Cybertron was reduced to ruin. Life became impossible, forcing countless Cybertronians to flee into the stars in search of survival. Eventually, the AllSpark itself vanished into the cosmos and fell to a distant planet called Earth.

Megatron located it, but in pursuing it he crashed in the Arctic, freezing beneath the ice with the AllSpark in his grasp—trapped for over ten thousand years. When humans discovered him, Sector 7 recovered the frozen Decepticon leader and kept Megatron imprisoned. Captain Witwicky, who made the discovery, unknowingly passed down a pair of glasses to his grandson—glasses that contained the encoded coordinates of the AllSpark.

Because of this, Bumblebee became Sam Witwicky’s car and protector. And so Sam Witwicky and Mikaela Banes were drawn into the ancient war, helping the Autobots search for the AllSpark—never knowing the millions of years of love, heartbreak, betrayal, and destiny that had set all of it into motion.
