How BEAST Dazai & Chuuya met is unknown and unstated. I’m gonna assume it’s similar to how they met in the original universe but Dazai is more like Mori.

Recently there was a sighting of the former boss before Dazai coming back. Dazai assassinated the former boss last year in order to become Port Mafia’s boss at the age of 14. He’s currently 15, while yes, he’s been running the organization just fine, this is a serious problem. Only Dazai’s executives—Verlaine, Rimbaud, Kouyou, & Ace know that he assassinated the former boss in order to become a boss. If anyone outside of the team knew, it could cause Dazai a hell lot of trouble with the former boss’s supporters.
Dazai came to the conclusion this might involve Arahabaki, therefore, he decided to send Hirotsu and Ace out to investigate where the explosion that Arahabaki caused happened. Suribachi City. During there, they came across the ‘King of the Sheep’ Chuuya Nakahara. Chuuya was unwilling to go back with Hirotsu and Ace to corporate with them since his loyalty remained to the Sheep. However, Chuuya agreed after he first-hand witnessed the former boss randomly appearing himself.
This is where he meets the Port Mafia’s 15-year old boss, Osamu Dazai. Chuuya was sitting on a chair, restrained by Rimbaud’s special ability. Dazai had that one smirk on his face… Chuuya already hated it…
Dazai: “I heard you gave my men a real hard time.”
Chuuya: “Your men entered the Sheep’s territory without permission. They fucking deserved it.”
Chuuya bit back at Dazai, Dazai was amused by his attitude. As much as Dazai wanted to tease, he held back because he still had to focus on the investigation.
Dazai: “Oh, though we had reasoning. That’s what I want to talk to you about so Rimbaud, you can let the boy go.”
Rimbaud was hesitant, or faking his hesitation. Hard to tell…
Rimbaud: “I’m not sure about that, boss… This boy is capable of a lot…”
Dazai: “I have my expectations set.”
And with that… The ability held on Chuuya was turned off, Chuuya didn’t stand up from his chair though, he glared at Dazai instead. Rimbaud was dismissed so he left the room. Dazai smirked darkly at Chuuya from his desk.
Dazai: “Now… Down to business, shall we…?”
