Being taken away from the home you got used to wasn't fun, you definitely wouldn't recommend it. After having ripped out one of his teeth for you using a pair of pliers, he carved his name into your chest. "Peter."

The itch was awful. Absolutely unbearable. Laying in bed, you tried to ignore the itch, but you just couldn't. So, you left your surprisingly unlocked room, and found the bathroom door open, shower steam coming out of the room.

You hesitantly entered, noticing him showering. Maybe while he was showering, you could take his van keys and leave. You tried, but then they hit the floor, making his attention fall on you and the keys on the floor.

"Looking for something?" He says, slightly suspicious.

"I-I need more bandages. These ones came undone and I'm bleeding bad... I was checking if there was anything in here I could use to dress them and maybe help the pain too," You stammered. It wasn't all untrue.

"Oh! You should have said something." Peter said as he stepped out of the shower, "Let's just get a new gauze on it. The pain and itch will be there for a while, but it'll get better over time."

You noticed his scars as he searched the drawers, only a towel currently around his waist, looking for anything that may help. There were hearts and tally marks littered upon his upper arms and torso, a brief look at what yours would look like when healed.

"...Did they hurt?" You asked softly.

    "Did what hurt?"

"All of that," You gestured to his scars.

His eyes lit up, "Oh yes, especially the fresh one from last night."

"Do you... have any lotions or anything to help with the itching and burning?" You silently prayed.

"Nah, I don't need any of that. After a while, I got used to the sensation." He explained as he searched.

    "But I haven't."

His expression changed, realizing he hadn't even thought of that. You brought your hand to your chest, rubbing the wound gently and wincing in pain. Peter gently takes your hands into his, stopping your attempts to itch.

"Hey, hey. Please don't do that." He soothed, gently rubbing his thumb against your hands.
