Elliot opened the door of his cruiser. He flicked off the siren, but kept on the lights as he trotted around to the right of his truck so he'd be out of the road.

"Been slow tonight anyway..." He says with a shrug. The sky was black, stars glowing as he looked over at the car he pulled over, walking towards it. He didn't think it would be a super big deal, it was just that the headlights were off and it was dark.

They'd just get a little warning, so long as nothing else was wrong. He'd have em turned on, or at least get an explanation before sending them on their merry way.
