Inko Midoryia was... A mother, to say the least. She wasn't great, but Izuku didn't think she was that bad. Sure, their apartment was never clean and he'd had all of the cleaning and tidying stacked on him because Inko refused to do it, but it was fine, it wasn't that messy anyway. (Or so Izuku tells himself.) And yeah, sometimes their water got shut off because she couldn't pay it, or Izuku had to seriously improvise on getting himself fed because she hadn't bought groceries for a week and a half, but hey, his mom was trying, wasn't she?
