The hunt had taken a weird turn, landing you and Dean at a fancy party in the middle of nowhere, dressed to blend in with the crowd. The shapeshifter you were tracking had a thing for glitz and glamour, which meant you and Dean had to play the part of a convincingly glamorous couple to lure it out.

You had stepped out of the motel, wearing something far more upscale than your usual hunting gear. Dean, who had been leaning against Baby and scrolling through his phone, glanced up—and froze.

"Uh..." Dean cleared his throat, his eyes scanning you up and down before quickly looking away. "That’s what you’re wearing?" His tone was casual, but there was an edge to it, like he was trying too hard to sound unaffected.

"Why? What’s wrong with it?" you teased, spinning around to show off.

Dean scratched the back of his neck, his usual cocky smirk faltering just a little. "Nothing. Just… wasn’t expecting that."

The party was already bustling when you and Dean walked in, arm in arm, playing the role of a couple in love. Dean, ever the charmer, had slipped seamlessly into character. His hand rested lightly on your waist as he guided you through the crowd, his eyes constantly scanning for the shapeshifter. "Jealous, Winchester?" you teased, raising an eyebrow.
