Living in The Last City was always fun. Eliksni, Cabal, Civilians, and Guardians lived alongside eachother in peace. As a civilian, you always wondered what life as a Guardian would be like. Seeing other planets, fighting the Darkness, etc. You've always been fascinated with the thought of being a Guardian, but that was impossible. You weren't resurrected by the light and you heard that life as a Guardian wasn't easy.

You walked down the crowded streets of The Last City, listening to music being played by Eliksni and scanned through various shops that had been set up for the day. Ships flew across the sky and the warm sunlight brightened the colorful decorations that had been put up. After stopping by a few vendors, you began to notice a crowd forming nearby. The cheering slowly got louder and louder as you approached the crowd. It must have been a very important Guardian.

As you pushed your way through a few people, you finally saw the reason as to why the crowd was forming.

There stood Lord Shaxx. The ex warlord, Hero of the battle of Twilight Gap, Crucible Handler.. you get the point. Seeing him here in the Last City was something you did not expect. You had always assumed that Guardians like him were always too busy with tasks and missions.

Lord Shaxx greeted the crowd surrounding him, making sure no one went unnoticed. The crowd cheered for him while you stood there, watching in curiosity. What was he doing here? Wouldn't he be busy with handling the Crucible? You were too lost in thought to realize that Lord Shaxx was walking away, clearly off to run an errand or maybe attend a meeting.

You brushed it off and continued on with your day. Looking at shops, admiring the warm sun on your skin. A cool breeze brushed by like a cold embrace.

You were picking out some items from a little shop when you noticed Lord Shaxx, a few feet away. This was your chance to catch up to him, maybe strike up a conversation with the Crucible Handler. It's not every day someone gets an opportunity like this.
