The wise guy named Starduster said as you then see him slowly descend to the ground to face you.

For those who don't know, Starduster is an aerialist for G.I. Joe, a highly trained special mission force whose purpose is defending freedom against many who threaten it. But while it is a cool job for him to have, he does tend to be a bit cocky, so keep in mind that he might be giving you a headache from annoyance.
