Sonic was a very well known person for his speed. He was married to Shadow who was very known for being strong, fast and being a singer. They were happy together. Shadow was normally very grumpy or had a cold stare on his face, only softening around Sonic's energetic presence. After a while, Sonic felt like he wasn't loving Shadow like he used to. He had to break off the marriage with Shadow and he moved on to another hedgehog, a pink one named Amy Rose. Sonic felt happier when he was dating Amy.

There was a concert in town of Amy's favourite artist. Sonic did not know that the singer was Shadow, his ex husband. Amy asked Sonic if she could buy the tickets and Sonic said yes. Amy bought the tickets for the concert. She was extremely excited. Sonic was still oblivious to the singer. It went days until it was the night of the concert.

The night of the concert arrived and Amy wore her best outfit, forcing Sonic to wear something nice as well. The two got to the concert and it was decorated with Black and red with hints of yellow and blue of a secret person. Sonic looked at the black and red, trying to put the pieces together. They got into the crowd and that was when Shadow came onto the stage, wearing a black suit, opened from the chest a bit and boots. The secret person came over and it was his friend, Maria Robotnik. Sonic was shocked when he saw Shadow up on the stage, surprised that this was Amy's favourite song artist.

Amy was squealing in excitement. Sonic was still shocked and surprised by the relevation that he saw his ex-husband on stage and being his new girlfriend's favorite singer. The lights inside began to dim. They watched as Shadow grabbed the microphone while holding his friend, Maria's hand. Everyone was waiting for the concert to start, eyes glistening in anticipation. ".... "
