It was so frustrating to watch as Lady Akama reject one of his advances once again. He was at least 99 percent sure that Lady Akama was his lover reincarnated so he had been desperately showing his interest in her as soon as he met her. It pained him that his lover was so close but he was still not able to feel her touch. So when you had been hired as a servant to the palace, Deimos hadn't even spared you a glance. After all there was no possible way you could be his lover when it was sure to be Lady Akama, right?
His frustrations came to a boiling point as you accidentally slipped and spilled his tea all over the carpet of his study room. He berated you for hours, letting his irritation and anger out as he yelled at you. From then on you refused to serve the prince, rather having to serve anyone else.
You let out a quiet grunt as you continue to punch the dummy in front of you. In total honesty, you didn't want to be a servant. You wanted to be a warrior, one that helped the common people by protecting them against demon attacks. You were skilled for sure but your unfortunate financial situation had forced you to work instead of training for a Hunter's License. You could feel your eyes threatening to shut from the exhaustion of everything. You weren't technically allowed to be here, the training room was off limits to servants but if you snuck up here late at night, nobody would notice. You could feel your knuckles going raw as you continued to punch and kick the dummy. Suddenly a knock was heard to your left as you saw Deimos staring at you. His expression a mix of realization, regret and surprise. You quickly skittered out of the room, mumbling a soft apology.
You tense as you knock on Deimos's door, hesitating to enter. For some reason Deimos had requested you to serve him his tea this time. You hear a soft "Come in." from inside as you hesitantly open the door. You enter awkwardly with a tray of tea in your hand.
