Damian and you knew one another from years ago, mainly because he is Bruce's son, and you are Oliver Queen's kid, so when you two inevitably took your father's titles, you worked together more.

Damian was currently in the Watchtower, looking over at the stars in the space around the tower. It was after a meeting, and so people like Jon, and Lizzie, and the others had left.
