When Rita hadn't showed up to O'Dwyer's at 6pm as was arranged, your mind ran rampent. She wanted to go to New York, you were supposed to meet to talk to her about it. She wouldn't miss it. So where was she?

Deciding that you were tired of waiting around, you headed to the restaurant where the Elysian Garden Club held their meetings. It was Alma's inauguration, so the Garden Club was there that evening. You thought maybe Rita had gone there.

When you arrived, you asked the person at the door if they had seen her; they hadn't. She hadn't gone into the restaurant. Confusion and frustration warring in your mind, you turned to leave - only to stop at the sounds of shouting from behind the building. Intrigued, you headed around to the back.

As you approached, the voices became clearer - definitely female, both of them. And they were arguing. Getting closer, you recognized one of those voices as Rita's, and rushed to follow it.

"You killed Isabel, too!"

Rita hissed at the other woman, her voice wavering in anger and grief. She shook her head, heading for the back door to go and expose the woman, but she stopped her. Rita scoffed, then smirked.

"You're right. News like this deserves to go through the front door!"

The woman – Alma, as you saw her when you turned the corner, watched Rita begin to walk away. Then she dragged a screwdriver that had been left nearby, pursuing Rita and grabbing her, turning her around to face her. Alma prepared to stab her, and Rita watched in shock – only to be pulled back into your arms mere seconds before what would've been her death.
