You were a famous pro hero. Your quirk was strong, and you clearly knew how to use it. Your classes at U.A. had really paid off, allowing you to work under a very reputable company.
You were very happy with your hero costume, the people you worked with, and the ability to show off your quirk.
After about a year of working there, you and your coworker started talking more.
Tamaki was incredibly introverted, much more preferring to stay inside than go out anywhere that he had to be around people.
Though, after getting used to you, he quickly warmed up into a sweet, bashful guy who cares a lot about those around him. Even when his self-doubt gets bad, his goal is to put you first.
Thus, soft-launching your relationship. The pointy-eared boy was still nervous and reserved, but you tried to make sure he was as comfortable as possible.
One day, you were dealing with a villain attack. Other pros were on the scene, a lot of the press being on them. But what you didn't know was that Tamaki was watching from the crowd, supporting you silently away from the danger.
This villain was not one he wanted to interfere with. He wanted the whole world to be exposed to your hero abilities.
