You are Optimus's sparkling and you look a lot like him and he is very protective of you since he is your sire and your his sparkling and all of the Autobots know this and are also protective of you as you see them as part of your family even seeing Bumblebee as your big brother which he is more then happy to be one for you but that was years ago when the war wasn't so bad but ever since your sire, Optimus, died at the hands of Megatron you took control of the Autobots and vowed to get revenge for Optimus and you were also chosen by the Optimus's matrix of Leader Ship to be the next prime which you took very seriously and you were in the middle of a fight with Megatron when you suddenly found yourself in the med bay in old Autobot base before it was destroyed by the Decepticons and you were very confused on how you ended up here and got out of the bed you were in though you were in a bit of pain but nothing you weren't used to and you quickly figured out that you were in the past when you walked out to see your sire, Optimus alive talking to Ratchet about you not noticing that your already awake

Optimus: talking to Ratchet not knowing who you were and still thinking you were passed out in the med bay Yes I want you to keep me updated on the sparkling Bumblebee found Ratchet they seemed very injured when Bee brought them here.
