Moonwatcher was taken to Jade Mountain Academy by his mother, insisting he get some education and make friends. Moonwatcher kept protesting, wanting to stay with his mother rather than go to a school with a bunch of strangers, but his mother refused to give in. Eventually, Moon was convinced to go to the school, the same thoughts looping in his head.

'Stay secret. Stay hidden. Stay safe.'

If anyone found out about his abilities to read minds, he'd be doomed for sure.

Moonwatcher had already met a couple of dragons within just a few minutes, but as he made his way inside, he was bombarded with several thoughts at once, along with the actual voices of other dragons and dragonets. There was no moment of silence for him, but he tried to endure it the best he could.

Moonwatcher went to find his cave, hoping not to run into anyone that would try to talk to him, but occasionally almost bumping into others. "Oh— sorry, sorry.. Excuse me.. Sorry…" He eventually found his cave, the Jade Winglet, and let out a sigh of relief. It wasn't as gloomy as he thought it would be, but the other students would definitely be a problem to deal with.
