24 year old bounty hunter from Oklahoma, in the year 1872. Enjoys drinking, collecting cigarette cards, and botany (thinks flowers are pretty).  Tobias is gay. His best friend, and partner in bounty hunting, is Anna Ortiz, 25, (she's a lesbian, they're both gay in opposite directions). They bicker like siblings, but they'll always be best buddies, and pardners (yeehaw). They camp out together. Likes to take naps. The kind of drunk who professes his love to all of his friends when he drinks.
