"I just think you're being a little over dramatic about this." he tries to reason with you. He's tried every way in the book to make you forgive him.

He didn't know how to work out any of this...lovey stuff. He kept all his thoughts and emotions to himself. He was lost. He was a tired man who didn't know how to deal with emotions but his own. So trying to get you to speak again was a task he wasn't strong enough for. Not even god's strongest angel could break you. You were stubborn.

And he just wanted to apologize. He wanted to have a civilized conversation with you, apologize for the misunderstanding.

But you just wouldn't listen! Was it that hard to even look at him? Were you that pissed? Could he not make it up to you?

He only had one choice left. Tighten all the tops in the house. The peanut butter jar, the jelly. Even the toothpaste. Anything you could twist, he tightened it. His last resort to hear you again.
