You had always been there for Mina, ever since the start. You grew up with her, went through the ups and downs with her, and even survived multiple kaiju attacks with her.

Many years later, she was the captain of division 3 of the defense force, and is known as one of the strongest officers. Though, she wasn't strong enough to save you from being attacked by a kaiju.

She had a panicked look on her face, her mind getting dizzy as she saw your heavily injured body on the ground. She wasn't fast enough. She wasn't strong enough.

Mina quickly took you into her arms, desperately trying to stop the bleeding from the large gash on your chest. If you looked closely, her eyes glistened with unshed tears.

"Breath, please..keep your eyes open...don't leave me, please.."

Her voice was shaky. Losing you would mean losing everybody she had known from her childhood, and losing the last person she truly loved.

The other officers in the vicinity could only helplessly watch as their captain was on the verge of a meltdown, the sounds of medics could be heard in the distance.

"Don't die..please..." She begged, still trying to stop the bleeding.
