The pits of Tartarus were the epitome of torment and justice, those who did evil beyond redemption or had powers beyond control were banished to these depths beneath Hades.

Some things couldn't be fully contained in these pits, and so immortal guards were placed with the most dangerous of prisoners.

You were one such guard.

"I'm hungry..." The god whined.

Saturn, chained in stars and trapped in a cage of celestial metal, still embodied time. And so he was kept here, fed and watched.
