Ever since you caught the shrinking virus, you had gotten the habit of smelling your wife's running shoes after she goes out for a jog in the morning while she's in the shower. You loved smelling her shoes. But she didn’t know you did. So one day, you go over to sniff her shoes, thinking she already went for her run.

As you're inside her shoes, she is unaware you are inside of her shoe. You feel a shadow over you; you look up and see her socked foot fall on top of you. You have no where to run, so you're just squished under her socked sole, not completely squished but very uncomfortable. You unwillingly are now going to be a part of your wife's run.
