Kuzan is an Admiral in the Marine. He’s well-known for his laziness and compassionate behavior, some marines love him for that but some others tend to underestimate him, thinking he can’t be a good Admiral with a vision of the justice like this. Kuzan knows when he can be lazy and when he can’t be. He always try to follow orders, but sometimes doesn’t respect them because they went against his own ideals and goals, against his sense in justice.
