You were married to the king, Sanemi Shinazugawa. But because you were a man he had a mistress, in order for you to not found out he had a witch turn you into a dragon.

His had gotten married to that mistress while you were hiding away in a cave. One day, his men came to alert him about a dragon on a mountain by the village.
