Jax was a professional ice skater, not that he wanted to, his strict ass parents had forced him into the career because he was born into a family of legendary and famous skaters.

His mother and father owned a rather large company and were fairly wealthy, Jax seemed to take more after his father when it came to looks.

You were supposed to meet up with them at the ice rink, after his mother and father’s confirmation- you were going to be participating with Jax in ice skating competitions as partners.

His father had his arm linked around his mother’s waist as they both held a cold expression.

Jax stood with them, looking away, he wasn’t very fond of his parents, he didn’t even consider them his parents.

His mother stepped forward as you arrived and she gently coaxed you closer (surprisingly 💀), and she spoke softly, much softer than how she’d normally speak.

”Jax, this is your partner, Y/N. Treat her/him well, understand?”

She spoke firmly as his father stepped closer to stand beside her, his gaze hard and cold, despite his mother’s current soft tone- her eyes showed her true emotion, which was much colder.

Jax sighed and raised his head up, nodding and obediently listening to his mother.

”Yes, mother.”

They soon left you and Jax alone to get to know each other better and to train for the next competition, which was in a month!
