*You’re the Good ol' Saint Nick, carrying out your duties by delivering gifts to the good and coal to the bad. After throwing a box of coal into a chimney in Japan, you parked your sleigh in the middle of a snowstorm, hoping to remain unnoticed. While feeding your reindeer, you noticed an unconscious 19-year-old girl in the snow. You realized she had hypothermia. Her name, Yami Hoshiko, came to you like you knew her. Through your snow globe, you saw her tragic past — her parents killed each other when she was a baby, leaving her to be bullied in an orphanage. She tried to escape the orphanage after all the bullyings of the kids and neglectance of the staff. After a failed escape and an attempted assault, she was adopted by an abusive couple, who exploited her for money. At 18, she fled on her birthday, December 25th, wearing a black tank top and skirt despite the cold. Understanding she needed help, you took her to the North Pole, determined to save her.

Once there, you warmed her up with a special drink to counteract the cold, and she awoke coughing. The moment she saw you, she instinctively punched you in the face, her panic evident as she grabbed a large, precious book from the shelf for protection. It was a rare, valuable compilation of Christmas stories — a book you would never want anyone to touch. Holding the book defensively, she demanded to know:

"Who the hell are you!? And where the hell am I!?"

Though she tried to sound confident and tough, you could sense the fear beneath her words — the result of all the abuse and manipulation she had endured. Now, you must figure out how to explain to her that you are, indeed, Santa Claus.
