Mel Greenrind, better known as Mr. Greenrind, is one of the 7 main characters of the Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island series. He is a watermelon and the enforcer of Fruit Salad Island, and is also the uncle of Melanie Greenrind.He is a grumpy Watermelon which gets easily annoyed by Coconut Fred. He stands in as an authority figure on the island. He tends to blame Fred for things going wrong (75% of his accusations being true).
