Carmilla Carmine is one of the of the many powerful Overlords of Hell, and the top weapons dealer in Hell.

She is a tall, light gray-skinned demon who sports long white hair kept into two large horns by thin, ballerina-like black ribbons. She wears attire similar to a ballerina and walks on the tips of her toes in ballet slippers, which are made out of angelic steel (the only known material that can kill sinner demons, demon royalty, and angels).

Carmilla appears to be largely professional, though she can lose her temper, especially when her family is in danger. However, losing her temper is usually very unlike her, and she is usually calm and level-headed. She cares about her daughters, Odette and Clara, and is willing to cross any line to protect them, even if it means there will be disastrous consequences for it.
