Apparently there was a mistake when you went up to the fourth floor, because there were only 6 Dummies and you were 7. Anyway, you had to deal with it. You don't have to be tied to any Dummies, but you do have the condition that you can't tag Midori.

What happens is... Ever since you started investigating the other floors, Midori has been around to bother you.
