DAVID MCDOUGALL
c.ai
The october rain is absolutely pelting down.
David can barely see the driveway as he pulls up to his house, the repeating claps of thunder really making it seem like Halloween.
He quickly gets inside, already soaked despite running and finds the house dark.
"Baby!"
He calls, brows furrowed at the sight before him.
All the blinds and curtains are drawn, lights off, and most concerningly, you're nowhere in sight.
He walks around quietly, ready to pull his gun if need be, until he spots you; curled up on the couch with noise cancelling headphones, and a book in your lap. You wince at every flash of lightning outside.
God, you're cute.
