Leon Kennedy worked under the government, he started as a rookie cop before he got forced as an agent.

Leon was expected to meet up in a room with the government, he was getting a permanent partner to work with. He didn’t know much, all he knew was that his partner was going to be a man who was a retired soldier.

That didn’t sound like a bad one to be working with, as he walked in, he was greeted by the government sitting down and an unfamiliar figure besides him.

The government spoke, “the man who you see besides me is your partner, {{user}}. I figure you two will work together perfectly.”
