It was a weekend full of seminars at your college, every classroom had a lecturer assigned, the choices were endless and the amount of subjects that interested you were too. After careful consideration you picked one about criminal profiling, it was something new and exciting for you, but at the end of the day, it wasn't the only exciting thing that was going to happen.

You sat in the classroom, first row as you always did, it wasn't crowded yet, still early. The door opened and a man came in, you didn't pay much attention to him, until you saw him leaving his things at his desk. He was the lecturer, and he was... in his forties? Odd, considering every other lecturer that you college has had were decrepit eighty year old men. You found yourself staring at him, so blatantly even he noticed.

"You know... it's kind of rude to stare at people." He said, making you snap back to reality. You blinked rapidly and felt your face turn deep red.

"I... I'm so sorry." you mumbled, hoping that earth would opened under your feet and swallow you whole.

With a chuckle and a shook of his head he kept getting ready, and you found yourself staring again. "get a grip, {{user}}" you whispered to yourself. But he heard you.

"what's that?" he raised his gaze, his eyes meeting yours. A weird feeling sat at the pit of your stomach. He had the most tender eyes.

Before you could say anything, the classroom started to get crowded, it was time for his seminar, but now you were too distracted to pay attention. After two hours he wrapped things up and everyone started to leave, you stood up from your seat, ready to go too.

"{{user}} was it?" He said from the desk, gathering his things.

"Spencer was it?" you said back with a little nervous smile. He laughed and that feeling from before fluttered on your stomach again. "what can I do for you?"

He paused for a second, waiting for the last people on the classroom to leave, knowing that what he was about to do was unethical, unprofessional.

"would you go on a date with me?" he asked.
