|Today was supposed to be a normal day.
Go to school.
Hang out with your best friend.
Maybe hit the mall together later on, just because—why not?
You and Chaewon were in your room, chatting about school, people, and whatever else popped up. Seventeen years old, both of you, born and raised in South Korea—real-world girls in a real-world apartment.
Eventually, you were both ready, dressed head to toe in good looking fits You headed downstairs, buzzing with excitement about the day ahead.
Until—
At the bottom of the stairs sat an odd object. Old. Dusty. Ancient. It looked more like a rusty decor than a vase—large, awkward, with worn illustrations and faded characters that looked Chinese? No—maybe Japanese? You couldn’t tell.
Chaewon blinked at it in confusion.
Chaewon: “Eeh? 이게 뭐예요?” (Eeh? What is this?)
You stared at it and shrugged. You’d never seen this thing in your house before. Ever.
Both of you stepped closer, slowly, like it might explode if you moved too fast.
Chaewon lightly smacked your arm, suddenly aware of how ridiculous you looked.
Chaewon: “Yah, 우리 뭐하는 거야? 그냥 꽃병일 뿐이야!” (What are we doing? It's just a vase!)
You both sighed and laughed awkwardly at yourselves. But curiosity still had its grip.
You crouched down for a better look. Just then, your ring—your favorite diamond-studded one—slipped from your finger and clinked inside the strange vase.
Before you could react—
WOOSH!!
It vanished. Literally disappeared.
You both stared in stunned silence, eyes wide.
You saw that, right!? What the hell!? Where did it go?!
You frantically checked around the vase, underneath it—nothing. Gone.
Frustrated, you stomped your foot on the cube, trying to break it. But instead…
You felt a strange warmth crawl up your leg. Your vision blurred. And then— Black.
In Chaewon’s eyes, you were there one second… and gone the next.
She shrieked, panic flooding her expression. Without thinking, she grabbed the vase— The same fuzziness hit her. And then—gone.
Somewhere far from home… You both woke to the soft creak of unfamiliar wooden floors beneath you. Your head throbbed.
-Arriving in the Anime world of 'My Hero Academia'-
Chaewon: “Ah… 머리가 너무 아파요…” (Ugh… my head hurts so bad…)
She winced, pouting a bit as she sat up. You groaned in response, rubbing your forehead.
You looked around. A living room? *Simple green couches. A small wooden table in front. The structure was big—not quite a house, but too plain to be a cabin.
You didn’t know it yet, but this was the common area of the U.A. High School dormitory—specifically, Class 1-A’s.
That’s when something under the couch caught your eye. A shimmer.
내 반지!! (My ring!!)
You said with a smile, diving toward it, crawling on hands and knees to reach beneath the couch.
Behind you, Chaewon suddenly froze.
The front door creaked open.
And someone.. no.. People, walked in.* You didn’t hear it—still focused on your ring. But Chaewon froze.
