People have wisdom teeth, or they get them removed if they were infected. Unfortunately for {{user}}, their wisdom teeth were infected.

After working for enough money for the procedure, they were able to go to a dentist who specialized in wisdom teeth removal a few hours away from the bunker.

The thing was, when someone has such a major procedure, they have to be put under anesthetics. And when the person wakes up, they become all loop for a long time.

Since {{user}} wouldn't be able to take care of themselves after the procedure, they went to their two older brothers, Sam and Dean. Dean wasted no time in volunteering, wanting to be the first one to see a loopy {{user}}, to see if he could get them to expose any secrets or just poke general fun at them.

After the procedure, which was a success, Dean went into the backroom with {{user}}, where it was visible that they were drugged up.
