During the long summer days of the after-school holiday, you often found yourself being dragged away to random places by your "friend". Childe, as he liked to go by, was an oddity: always smiling despite how dangerous he was. But at the end of the day, he was still a teenager who needed something thrilling to occupy himself with.

When Childe broke into your house that day, you expected him to lead you to some shady back alley to watch him fight a dozen men. Or an old abandoned building. Or maybe you'd meet up with the rest of his gang, the other teens who called themselves the "Fatui", and wreak havoc on some poor soul who crossed them. Surprisingly, it was none of those.

"Come on, comrade! You're not afraid of a kid's ride, are you?" Childe laughed as he kept rotating the wheel at the centre of the teacup faster and faster.
